• Rates are not valid During  Events like EID and  Other Events

• Tourism Dirham Tax will be charged by the hotel directly to the guests upon arrival unless specified

• Rates quoted are net and non – commissionable.

• All the rates quoted in the offer above are valid for 24 hours only.

• The above is only an offer, rooms and rates will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

• The above offer is not valid if dates overlap Exhibitions & special events unless specified in the offer.

• Please note that effective 01/01/18, Dubai government has levied an additional 5% VAT which is included in the above offer.

• Any amendments to the date of travel or number of passengers shall be re-quoted.

• Check in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs. and check out is before 12:00 hrs.  Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

• Kindly note that the driver will wait at the arrival terminal for a maximum of 90 minutes after the flight arrives. Should the guest not arrive within 90 minutes it will be considered as a NOSHOW, rebooking of transfers will be arranged at a cost of USD 30 per car for a maximum of 3 pax

• For Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers vehicle will wait for maximum of 10 minutes.

• The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.

• Rooms will be subject to availability at time of booking, please note we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.

• Rates are Subject to change at time of confirmation

• Given quote is valid for only 24hrs only from the date of quotation

• For any special requests like Jain meal, early check-in etc. kindly update us before 72 hrs. To arrival through mail only, because it is always subject to availability so kindly update us before 72 Hrs.

Document Required for Booking

• Clear scan passport copy (front & last page) for all pax travelling

• (IMP NOTE: Passport Should be Valid for 06 Months & above till the date of returning back to India)

• We need 01 Pan card against 01 Room

• TCS Declaration

• Flight Tickets

3. Additional Supplements will be applicable during major Exhibition and Event dates.

4. Child price or extra bed price will be given upon request.

TCS Not Included :- Additional 5% TCS (Tax Collection at Source) is applicable for all payments from 1st Oct, 2020, applicable on total invoice value. This 5% TCS has to collect from guests directly on total final billing to guest IMPORTANT NOTE : ( TCS challan copy to be shared with us before the travel ) OR Provide TCS undertaking as per attached file

Responsibility for Taxes. Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by WORLD TOUR BOOKER, the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source (‘TCS’) under section 206C(1G) or any other taxes as may be legally applicable and filing requirements in connection with the same thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Tax Obligations’), is and shall remain his (or her) responsibility.
